Point C (Realized)

Point C is a third party administration platform for medical and dental benefits for self-insured employers. Administrative services the company currently provides include claims processing, network management, and utilization review. Point C’s mission is to support TPA partners through business process innovations and product solutions that drive value for employers and enhance the member experience. Shore Capital Partners recapitalized Point C in November of 2024. At the time of the original investment, Point C was 1 TPA in 1 state and served approximately 10,000 employee lives. As of June of 2024, Point C had acquired 8 TPAs in 7 states and served over 75,000 employee lives.
