Hilarie Aitken

Hilarie Aitken is the current CEO of Navia Benefit Solutions, a TA Associates-backed consumer-directed benefits provider serving over 10,000 employers across all 50 states. She has led product growth and strategy at Navia for over 20 years.

In addition to her role at Navia, Hilarie serves as a Board Member at Point C and is an expert in consumer-driven employee benefits and flexible spending accounts.

Previously, she served on the board of the Northwest Washington Association of Health Underwriters (NWAHU) and the Employer Council on Flexible Compensation (ECFC) as Education Chair.
