Reliant Health Partners (Chicago, IL) is a cost containment solutions provider for self-funded employers and TPA partners. Reliant uses a proprietary and automated database of payment data, provider cost data, Medicare data, and other inputs to achieve cost savings for customers. Shore Capital Partners sold Reliant in February of 2025. At the time of the original investment, Reliant’s team of 11 employees offered three unique products to customers. As of February of 2025, Reliant’s team of 15 employees offered six unique products to customers.
