Mark Waterstraat is the Chief Customer & Operations Officer of Alegeus, a market-leading healthcare payment SaaS company. Mark formerly served as Alegeus’s President of Consumer Solutions, where he was responsible for building high-impact initiatives such as an integrated COBRA solution. Mark has over 20 years of experience driving disruptive new technologies and services in the healthcare and financial services markets, including as Co-founder and SVP / EVP at Benaissance (WEX Health), a leading SaaS platform for premium billing and COBRA administration, and SVP of Strategy and Product at RevSpring, a financial communications and payment platform.
