Tim Danison

Tim Danison is an executive and former co-founder of several successful companies in the health care payments, employee benefits, and software platform industries. He is currently focused on new payment and financing solutions for the emerging direct-to-consumer health market. Tim was formerly a founder and product leader at WageWorks (acquired by HealthEquity) during the period where payment cards, HSAs, and employee online experiences were introduced to the benefits industry, and he participated in the growth of the company from inception to over $150M in revenue. Tim later served as Chief Product Officer and board member at Navia Benefit Solutions, a Shore Capital portfolio company. He has also founded and led several organizations focused on patient financing and payment efficiency (Tabula Health, TempoPay, Onfire Health). He began his career as a consultant and product leader in software technology innovators (Oracle, Forte Software).

Tim has participated as a board member in the growth and successful exits of three Shore Capital portfolio companies (Navia Benefit Solutions, Reliant Health Partners, and Tandem HR). As a life-long distance runner, Tim can often be found running the roads and trails in the San Francisco Bay Area alongside his dog and/or members of his running club. Tim and his wife travel extensively, participate actively in several local non-profits, and visit their four adult children whenever time allows.
