Behavioral Innovations (Dallas, TX) provides center-based applied behavior analysis therapy, speech therapy and occupational therapy services to children ages birth through 18 with autism spectrum disorder and other related developmental disabilities in multiple states. Shore sold Behavioral Innovations to Tenex Capital Management in June of 2024. At the time of the sale, Behavioral Innovations had 77 centers across Texas, Oklahoma, and Colorado.

Shore Capital Partners recapitalized BrightView in December of 2021. At the time of the original investment, BrightView had 4 locations and served approximately 900 patients in 1 state. As of October of 2021, BrightView had grown to 51 locations and served over 11,000 patients in 4 states.

Southern Veterinary Partners (“SVP”) offers general practice, urgent care, and specialty veterinary services across the country. Shore Capital Partners recapitalized SVP in May of 2018. At the time of the original investment, SVP had 3 hospitals and approximately 35 employees in 1 state. As of May 2018, SVP had grown to 49 hospitals and over 1,000 employees in 10 states.
