John Hennegan

John is a Founding Partner of Shore Capital and Co-Heads the Advantage Fund, which specializes in partnering with companies that have $10-50 million of EBITDA. John is primarily responsible for the sourcing and evaluation of healthcare investment opportunities and operating executives. Additionally, John serves as Chairman of BrightView, Point C, Southern Orthodontic Partners, Transformations Care Network, Empower Aesthetics, and PhaseWell Research, where he actively works with management to identify and implement new growth initiatives. John previously served as Chairman of Florida Autism Center, Column Health and Behavioral Innovations. He is a Director for Therapy Partners Group, OMS 360 and AA Medical as well as a past Director of ClearPath Diagnostics, Fast Pace Urgent Care and The Stepping Stones Group.

 

Outside of the office, John is a member of the Shedd Aquarium President’s Council and an avid golfer.

 

John earned his M.B.A. with Distinction from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, where he was an Austin Scholar and received a B.S. with Honors from the University of Illinois.
