Will has over 13 years of strategic planning and implementation experience in both mature and nascent businesses across multiple industries. Will is currently the Chief Operating Officer for Imbibe, a supplier and R&D partner of flavors to the food & beverage industry. Prior to that role, Will was an engagement partner at Blue Ridge Partners, a management consulting firm. Previously, Will was a product manager at Medline Industries and held a variety of strategy consulting roles across several industries.
