Tony Ponzo

Tony is an Executive Partner of Shore Capital, a lower middle-market private equity firm focused on partnering with companies that have between $1-10 million of EBITDA.

 

Tony was formerly Chief Operating Officer at Service Logic, a company owned By Bain Capital following its acquisition from Leonard Green in 2025. He was also the President of Midwest Mechanical Group and has over 42 years of experience in the HVAC and mechanical services industry.
