Tommy Thompson

Tommy is a private equity-backed CEO with experience in Arc Flash and electrical safety services. As CEO and Founder of Thompson Safety, a Berkshire Partners portfolio company, Thompson Safety is a leading provider of onsite first aid, fire protection, and life safety services to businesses across a broad array of end markets. Under his leadership, Thompson Safety frequently collaborates as both a customer and channel partner with companies specializing in Arc Flash and electrical safety services. Prior to this role, Tommy served as the National Vice President of Beacon Roofing Supply and Vice President, Director, General Manager, Sales Manager, and Sales Representative at Cintas. Outside of his career, Tommy spends most weekends with his wife, Gabrielle, and his three daughters, Rylee, Ella, and Harper, on the Soccer fields.
