Tom Antony

Tom Antony serves as Director of AI within the Office of the CEO at Shore Capital Partners, a lower middle-market private equity firm focused on partnering with companies that have between $1-10 million of EBITDA. Tom leads Shore’s AI strategy, working across the firm and its portfolio to identify, develop, and implement solutions that drive operational efficiency, unlock value, and accelerate sustainable growth.

 

Prior to joining Shore, Tom led LifeStance Labs and was a member of the technology leadership team at LifeStance Health, one of the nation’s largest behavioral health providers. At LifeStance, he oversaw enterprise-wide initiatives in AI, automation, and emerging technology, delivering measurable impact across clinical and operational domains.

 

Earlier, Tom served as a Senior Director at IDEO, where he specialized in venture, product, and emerging technologies. He led cross-sector innovation projects with a strong focus on healthcare and technology, bridging creative experimentation with business execution.

 

Tom co-founded Quantified Care, a digital health startup, where he served as COO/CPO and drove strong clinical and user outcomes. He also held product and strategy roles at high-growth startups including WellDoc—recognized by Forbes as a Most Promising Company—and Veraz Networks (Nasdaq: VRAZ).

 

He holds a B.S. in Business from Indiana University, an MA in Design Leadership from Maryland Institute College of Art and an MBA from Johns Hopkins University.
