Tim Sharky

Tim is a Vice President at Shore Capital, a lower middle-market private equity firm focused on partnering with companies that have between $1-10 million of EBITDA. Tim’s responsibilities include sourcing, evaluating and conducting due diligence on new investment opportunities and implementing value creation initiatives within portfolio investments.

 

Prior to his current role, Tim has worked as a senior associate, associate, analyst, and intern at Shore since 2017. He currently works most closely with Dynamic Connections and ACTION Pest Control. Tim previously worked on current and past Shore investments: Point C, Sweetmore Bakeries, Whetstone Distribution, Navia Benefit Solutions, Argentum Medical Products, IZI Medical Products, and Tandem HR.

 

Outside of the office, Tim serves on the Board of the Financial Markets Institute (“FMI”) at the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University. Previously, Tim served as the Co-President and Board member of the Private Equity Association of Chicago. Tim received a B.A. in Finance from the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University.
