Taylor Gardner

Taylor Gardner is a Manager of AI Solutions at Shore Capital, a lower middle-market private equity firm focused on partnering with companies that have between $1-10 million of EBITDA. Taylor leads Shore’s efforts in identifying, developing, and implementing AI solutions that create operational leverage across the firm and its portfolio companies.

 

Prior to joining Shore, Taylor was a Product Manager for Data & AI at ExodusPoint Capital Management, where he led the development of internal AI and data platforms used by investment teams, scaling adoption across hundreds of users and delivering LLM-powered tools that materially improved decision-making, and operational efficiency. Earlier in his career, Taylor held product and analytics roles at Bain & Company and Ernst & Young, where he built data-driven platforms and automation solutions for Fortune 500 and buy-side clients.

 

Taylor received his B.S. in Industrial & Systems Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
