Tara Conger

Tara Conger is an Executive Partner at Shore Capital Partners, a lower middle-market private equity firm investing in companies with $1–10 million of EBITDA. She supports the firm’s strategic initiatives and portfolio companies, bringing a proven track record of scaling, transforming, and successfully exiting human capital businesses.

 

Tara has led multiple companies through growth and transition, most recently serving as CEO of Tandem HR, where she guided the company through a strategic acquisition. Post-close, she set four firm-wide records, including the largest acquisition and fastest integration in Shore’s history.

 

She also serves as a board advisor, helping businesses build scalable infrastructure and sustainable enterprise value. Tara currently serves on the boards of two venture-backed companies at the forefront of AI and Human Resources, driving innovation in workforce and compliance technology.
