Steven Morris, MD

Dr. Steven Morris currently serves on the Board of Directors of SENTA, a Shore Capital Portfolio company. He also served as board member of EyeSouthPartners while Partnered with Shore. Dr. Morris is a clinical associate professor with the Emory University School of Medicine and currently serves as Managing Partner of Atlanta Gastroenterology Associates, which has over 40 locations and 10+ ASCs in the Atlanta, GA area. He initially joined the practice in 1978. Following his internship and residency at Emory University Affiliated Hospitals in Atlanta, Dr. Morris completed a fellowship in digestive diseases at the University of Miami. Dr. Morris is a member of numerous professional associations including the American College of Physicians, the American Medical Association, the American Gastroenterology Association, the Medical Association of Atlanta, the Medical Association of Georgia, and the Georgia Gastrointestinal Society. He is past president of the Georgia Gastrointestinal Society and previously served as chief of staff at Emory University Hospital Midtown Hospital.

Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the State University at Buffalo in New York, Dr. Morris also received his medical degree from the University. He also holds a juris doctorate from the Georgia State University College of Law.
