Steve Bilt

Steve is a Board of Directors Member at BrightView, Shore Capital’s medication-assisted treatment platform investment. Steve currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Smile Brands Inc. and OneSmile (together referred to as “Smile Brands”). Smile Brands is a $1bn+ dental services organization with over 600 practices and 7,000 providers and employees across the U.S. Steve also serves as Founder and Chairman of the Smiles for Everyone Foundation. The Smiles for Everyone Foundation provides pro bono dental services to underserved communities around the world. Previously, Steve was a finance and operating executive within several other publicly traded and privately held multi-site healthcare service companies in specialty areas including Dialysis, Rehabilitation Services, Orthopedics, Cardiology, Asthma/Allergy, Lab Services. Prior thereto, he was an executive with a Big Four Accounting & Consulting Firm. Steve earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in business economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara; a Master of Business Administration degree from the Graziadio School of Business and Management at Pepperdine University; and completed the Harvard Business School Presidents’ Program.
