Shannon Galligan

Shannon is a Manager at Shore Capital Partners, a lower middle-market private equity firm focused on partnering with companies that have between $1-10 million of EBITDA. Shannon’s responsibilities include working with portfolio company management teams to improve operational performance, implement strategic initiatives, and prepare acquired platforms for add-on acquisitions and de novo growth.

 

Prior to joining Shore, Shannon was a Manager at Deloitte in Chicago within the M&A Transaction Services practice. While at Deloitte, Shannon provided both buy-side and sell-side due diligence and accounting advisory services to private equity and corporate clients across multiple verticals including industrials, energy, and consumer goods. Her main responsibilities included analyzing target company data to provide meaningful insights around quality of earnings, net working capital, and financial and operating trends. Shannon started her career in Deloitte’s audit practice.

 

Shannon received her M.S. in Accounting from the University of Michigan and B.S. from Colorado State University.
