As CEO and founder of Pest Daily, he leads the industry’s premier learning and consulting platform for home service businesses that are ready to grow with intention through stronger leadership, better systems and smarter operations.

 

Seth’s work is grounded in the idea that investing in leadership, education and operational excellence doesn’t just build better businesses – it creates brighter futures. That belief has shaped his mission to help entrepreneurs grow their teams, their companies and themselves in meaningful and measurable ways.

 

Before founding Pest Daily in 2017, Seth held executive roles including CEO and Chief Revenue Officer at several high-growth companies, leading them through successful exits. His approach blends financial precision with a clear-eyed view of what it takes to lead through complexity and build stable, high-performing organizations.

 

Seth is also the creator of the SCALE Framework, a practical, people-first system for aligning leadership, operations and performance. The framework has helped countless service businesses get organized, build momentum and scale sustainably while empowering them to grow intentionally and maintain focus along the way.

 

Seth earned his degree in International Finance from the University of Tampa and was honored with the school’s Lifetime Achievement Award for his contributions to leadership and entrepreneurship. That recognition underscores his enduring commitment to empowering others not just to grow, but to lead with intention.
