Ryan Fernandes

Ryan is a Senior Associate of Capital Markets at Shore Capital, a lower middle-market private equity firm focused on partnering with companies that have between $1-10 million of EBITDA. Ryan is responsible for assisting with the firm’s capital markets efforts, including the financing activities of all new investments and portfolio companies, as well as developing and managing banking and intermediary relationships.

Prior to joining Shore, Ryan was an Investment Banking Associate within William Blair’s Leveraged Finance group, where he played a crucial role in facilitating debt placement transactions, including sourcing, structuring, and executing. Ryan began his career at Antares Capital as a Private Credit analyst.
