Rusty Zosel is the Chief Strategy Officer at Prime Care Technologies, Inc. He was formerly CEO of BigCart, where he supported companies with digital payments and supply chain financing. Rusty also founded and served as CEO of Procurement Partners, a healthcare-focused platform automating procurement, invoices, and spend management. He holds a Master’s degree in Information Systems Management & eCommerce.
