Russell Gray

Russell is a member of the JD to C-Suite Program at Shore Capital Partners, a lower middle-market private equity firm focused on partnering with companies that have between $1-10 million of EBITDA. Russell’s responsibilities include working with portfolio company management teams to drive acquisition growth through business development efforts, operational performance and strategic initiatives.

 

Prior to joining Shore, Russell worked as the Head of Legal at Heyday, a consumer products company focused on digitally native brands, leading all legal and compliance functions. Prior to Heyday, Russell worked as in-house counsel at Whirlpool Corporation and in the corporate practice group at Kirkland & Ellis LLP, advising on complex mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters. Russell earned his J.D. from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and a B.S. in Accounting from Juniata College. Russell is a member of the State Bars of Illinois and Michigan.
