Rashmi Vadnagare

Rashmi Vadnagare serves as a Director of AI Solutions at Shore Capital, a lower middle-market private equity firm focused on partnering with companies that have between $1-10 million of EBITDA. Rashmi works at the intersection of functional and technology teams to help Shore portfolio companies apply AI where it matters most — accelerating and amplifying results across their top strategic priorities.

 

Prior to joining Shore, Rashmi was on the investment team at Equity Group Investments (EGI), a private investment firm founded by Sam Zell, where she worked hands-on with C-suite executives to drive margin expansion, growth, and organizational effectiveness. Before EGI, Rashmi led technology teams at Wayfair and FourKites, where she bridged product and business leadership to drive supply chain visibility and customer experience improvements at scale. Earlier, she spent eight years at McKinsey & Company as an Associate Partner in the Operations practice, leading large-scale business transformation programs and supporting executive teams at critical inflection points.

 

Rashmi holds an M.B.A. from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where she was awarded the Joseph H. Wharton Fellowship, and a B.E. in Electronics and Telecommunication from the University of Pune.
