Bio
Pedro Russell is a Vice President at Shore Search Partners, the dedicated search fund investing arm of Shore Capital, a lower middle-market private equity firm focused on partnering with companies that have between $1-10 million of EBITDA. Pedro’s responsibilities include sourcing and partnering with MBA-stage search fund entrepreneurs, independent sponsor opportunities in the lower middle-market, and committed capital and serial acquisition vehicles. Pedro also supports searchers and portfolio CEOs through the acquisition and value creation process.
In addition to his work at Shore Search Partners, Pedro is a Lecturer in Finance at the MIT Sloan School of Management, where he co-teaches the school’s Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition (ETA) course. Prior to Shore, Pedro served as Head of Strategy & Business Development at Juno, a group-buying platform for consumer financial products. Previously, Pedro held several Strategy & Operations roles at Cengage Group and began his career as a Management Consultant at RSM US LLP.
Pedro received his M.B.A. from the MIT Sloan School of Management and his B.S. in Finance from Bentley University.
