Paul Reilly

Paul Reilly is an accomplished leader and entrepreneur, with decades of experience as founder, CEO, and Chairman of several diverse businesses. Paul brings deep knowledge of the commercial loading dock and door sector, having been Founder & CEO of both R-Bac Industries (a manufacturer of high-speed industrial doors) and Rytec Corporation (a manufacturer of high-performance industrial and cold storage doors). Paul was most recently the Executive Chairman of Systems Inc., a manufacturer of loading dock equipment and related accessories (acquired by Chamberlain Group), as well as Encore Discovery Solutions, where he helped guide the successful turnaround of an electronic discovery business in the legal services industry. Previously, as CEO, he led the turnaround of D-Vision systems, a video editing software provider, which was sold to a public company. Earlier in his career, Paul founded Paul Reilly Company of Illinois, a distributor of loading dock and material handling equipment. Paul holds a BA in Economics from Williams College and an MBA from Stanford Business School.
