Mike Henkels

Mike is a Vice President at Shore Capital, a lower middle-market private equity firm focused on partnering with companies with $1-10 million of EBITDA. Mike’s responsibilities include sourcing, evaluating, and supporting the growth of investments across the food and beverage industry, with a particular focus on founder-led and family-owned businesses.

 

Prior to joining Shore, Mike was a Vice President on the investment team at Morgan Street Holdings in Chicago, where he focused on evaluating and executing investments across the consumer, food and beverage, business services, and supply chain sectors. Previously, Mike worked in middle market private equity and started his career at Rothschild & Co in New York City as an Analyst in the firm’s Consumer M&A Group.

 

Mike received a B.B.A. from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
