Mike Dillon

Mike is an inaugural member of the Military to Operations cohort at Shore Capital, a lower-middle market private equity firm focused on partnering with companies that have between $1-10 million of EBITDA. Mike is training at SCP before being placed in a portfolio company in an operations role with a focus on integrations for platform add-ons. Prior to joining Shore, Mike served as an Air and Missile Defense officer in the United States Army.

 

A native of Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, Mike received his M.B.A from The Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University and his B.S. from The United States Military Academy at West Point.
