Mike Cote

Mike Cote is the former Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Secureworks. Mike served as CEO since February 2002 to June 2021 and chairman from 2002 to 2011 through the acquisition by Dell in February of 2011. He remained as CEO through Dell’s ownership, leading the company through its growth and IPO from less than $1 million in annual revenue to $553 million in fiscal year 2020. Secureworks is now recognized as one of the leading security companies in the world. Prior to joining Secureworks, Mike held executive positions with Talus Solutions, a pricing and revenue management software firm, and MSI Solutions, a web application development and systems integration company, as well as international assignments with KPMG early in his career. Mike holds a B.S. in computer science and accounting from Boston College and is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of Business Executives for National Security
