Mike Cooper

Mike is a Founding Partner of Shore Capital and Co-Heads the Advantage Fund, which specializes in partnering with companies that have $10-50 million of EBITDA. Mike is primarily responsible for the sourcing and evaluation of healthcare investment opportunities and operating executives. Additionally, Mike maintains lead responsibility for Mission Pet Health, Reliant Infusion, Together Women’s Health, Kerix Health, Partnercare, and Therapy Partners Group where he actively works with management to identify and implement new growth initiatives. Mike also served as past Director of Sirona Infusion, Access I.V., HomeCare I.V., and Michigan Rehabilitation Specialists/Excel Rehab.

 

Outside of the office, Mike is actively involved in fundraising on behalf of the Nicole Cooper Foundation and is a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) and Board of Directors for University of Detroit Jesuit High School & Academy, his high school alma mater.

 

Mike received a B.S.B.A., summa cum laude, in Finance and Management from the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University.
