Mike Cooper

Mike is a Founding Partner of Shore Capital, a lower middle-market private equity firm focused on partnering with companies that have between $1-10 million of EBITDA. Mike is responsible for all activities of the firm including sourcing, evaluating and enabling the growth of Shore investments. Additionally, Mike maintains lead responsibility for Together Women’s Health, Mission Veterinary Partners, Southern Veterinary Partners, SpecialDocs, Partnercare and Therapy Partners Group investments where he actively works with management to identify and implement new growth initiatives. Mike currently serves as Chairman of Together Women’s Health, Mission Veterinary Partners, Southern Veterinary Partners, SpecialDocs, Partnercare, Therapy Partners Group and Triumph Orthopedics. Mike also served as past Director of Sirona Infusion, Access I.V., HomeCare I.V., and Michigan Rehabilitation Specialists/Excel Rehab.

 

Outside of the office, Mike is actively involved in fundraising on behalf of the Nicole Cooper Foundation, and is a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) and Board of Directors for University of Detroit Jesuit High School & Academy, his high school alma mater.

 

Mike received a B.S.B.A., summa cum laude, in Finance and Management from the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University.
