Michael Sternklar

Michael Sternklar currently serves on the Board of Directors of Strongpoint Partners. Michael is the Former CEO of benefitexpress, an outsourced benefits administration provider. Prior to his role at benefitexpress, Michael served as Head of Global Sales and Regional Management at NGA Human Resources (Alight), an HR and payroll service provider, and EVP of Client Services for IBEX, a business process outsourcing company. Michael has experience in the benefits administration services space. He previously served as COO & U.S. Business Leader for Mercer, where he oversaw the performance of Mercer’s benefits outsourcing business and served as member of Mercer’s Operating Committee. Additionally, Michael previously served as EVP of Client Services, Sales, Marketing, and Product at Fidelity Investments, as well as EVP of Global Strategy.

Michael began his career in various roles at Kwasha Lipton/PwC Unifi, where he served as General Manager and COO at the end of his 19 year tenure. At Unifi, he negotiated a successful sale to Mellon. Michael holds a B.A. in Business Administration, Management and Operations from New York State University at Albany.
