Max Martineau

Max is the Chief of Staff at Shore Capital, a lower middle-market private equity firm focused on partnering with companies that have $1-10 million of EBITDA. Max works with Shore’s Chief Operating Officer on strategy and execution of operational and growth initiatives.

 

Prior to his current role, Max worked as an Associate and Analyst on the Investment Team for 4 years. His experience included conducting due diligence on new investment opportunities and implementing value creation initiatives within portfolio investments.
