Max Martineau

Max is a Principal & Chief of Staff at Shore Capital, a lower middle-market private equity firm focused on partnering with companies that have $1-10 million of EBITDA. Max is a member of the Office of the CEO and works closely with Shore’s Chief Operating Officer on strategy and execution of operational and growth initiatives.

Prior to joining the Office of the CEO, Max worked as a Senior Associate on the Investment Team. His experience included conducting due diligence on new investment opportunities and implementing value creation initiatives within portfolio investments.
