Matthew Brandys

Matt is a member of the JD to C-Suite Program at Shore Capital Partners, a lower middle-market private equity firm focused on partnering with companies that have between $1-10 million of EBITDA. Matt’s responsibilities include working with portfolio company management teams to drive acquisition growth through various business development efforts, improve operational performance and implement strategic initiatives.

 

Prior to joining Shore, Matt worked as an associate in the corporate group at Kirkland & Ellis LLP, where his legal practice focused on complex business transactions, including structuring and negotiating strategic and leveraged acquisitions and divestitures, as well as general corporate counseling and compliance. Matt earned a B.S. in Political Science from Miami University and his J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School. Matt is a member of the State Bar of Illinois and the State Bar of New York.
