Matt Pcolinski​

Matthew is a Finance Associate at Shore Capital, a lower middle-market private equity firm focused on partnering with companies that have between $1-10 million of EBITDA. Matthew reports to the CFO and helps to manage all aspects of internal compensation and benefits along with internal investment tracking.

 

Prior to joining Shore, Matthew worked as a financial analyst at Navistar in the Research & Development department. While at Navistar, Matthew supported senior leadership in developing business cases for capital assets and creating monthly financial forecasts across multiple cost categories.

 

Matthew received his B.A. in Finance from Indiana University.
