Matt Johnson

Matt has been the Lead Independent Director at PRO-Spectus since 2023. He is also a Partner at Akuratemp, a leading provider of temperature security solutions (CRT, cold chain, frozen, super frozen) for pharmaceuticals, samples, specimens, and other mission critical healthcare. Matt is the Managing Partner of Ingenium Global Consulting, a boutique consulting firm focused on serving private equity-backed healthcare businesses. Matt holds a BS from Northwestern University, an MBA from Auburn University, and a master’s in mechanical engineering from the California Institute of Technology.
