Matt Craig

Matt leads Miller Poultry as the President.  Miller Poultry is a vertically integrated poultry company that produces premium poultry for customers in over 40 states.  Miller has operations in Michigan, Indiana, and Ohio.  In February, Miller Poultry acquired Gerber Poultry in Kidron, OH to increase capacity and serve customers.  Prior to joining Miller, Matt served as Group Vice President of Stores, Regional Vice President, and DMM Meat and Seafood at Meijer between 2009 – 2021.  Matt Craig serves on the boards of Premier Produce One, Moesle Meat Distribution, and Old World Spices & Seasonings, three Shore Capital portfolio companies. He is the Lead Independent Director for Premier Produce One.  Matt attended the University of San Diego for his undergraduate degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering.  Then, earned a MBA at Michigan State University.
