Mark Waterstraat

Mark is an Executive Partner of Shore Capital, a lower middle-market private equity firm focused on partnering with companies that have between $1-10 million of EBITDA. Mark is currently a Director of Point C Health, and he previously served as Director of Reliant Health Partners. 

 

Mark brings 30 years of experience leading disruptive, high-growth technology and services businesses in the US healthcare and financial services markets.  Most recently, Mark was Chief Customer and Operations Officer of Alegeus, a market-leading SaaS healthcare payments business supporting healthcare savings accounts and debit cards for millions of American families. Previously, Mark was SVP Product & Strategy at RevSpring, a leading revenue-cycle and patient payments and communications business supporting over 1200 US hospitals and health systems, and co-founder and EVP of Benaissance (WEX), the creator of the industry’s first SaaS health insurance continuation and billing platform supporting millions of COBRA, retiree, and health insurance exchange participants. 

 

Mark received his B.A. from Dartmouth College.
