Mark Bendix

Mark is a seasoned executive with a strong track record in the global food industry. Currently, he serves as the President of Grupo Bimbo, leading the company’s strategic growth and operations. Previously, he was the CEO of East Balt Bakeries, where he guided the company through its acquisition by Grupo Bimbo in 2017. Prior to that, Mark held leadership roles including President and COO of The Bama Companies, EVP and General Manager at General Mills, VP and General Manager at The Pillsbury Company, and Division Director at Quaker Oats. His extensive experience spans operations, strategy, and business development in the food sector.
