Maddie Severino

Maddie is a Manager at Shore Capital Partners, a lower middle market private equity firm focused on partnering with companies generating between $1–10 million of EBITDA. She works closely with portfolio company management teams to improve operational performance, implement strategic initiatives, and prepare acquired platforms for add-on acquisitions and de novo growth.

 

Prior to joining Shore, Maddie was a Director at EY-Parthenon in Chicago within the Deals practice. While at EY, she provided buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence support to both private equity and strategic investors, primarily serving clients in the retail and consumer products industry. In this role, Maddie advised clients on quality of earnings and net working capital analyses and assisted with deal structuring and transaction execution. She began her career in EY’s Assurance practice serving both public and private clients in the industrial and technology sectors.

 

Maddie received her B.S. in Accounting and M.S. in Accounting from the University of Missouri and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the State of Illinois.
