Luke Huglin

Luke is an Associate at Shore Capital Partners, a lower middle-market private equity firm focused on partnering with companies that have between $1-10 million of EBITDA. Luke is responsible for conducting due diligence on new investment opportunities and implementing value creation initiatives within portfolio investments.

 

Prior to joining Shore, Luke worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Baird in Chicago. During his tenure at Baird, Luke executed a variety of M&A, equity, and debt transactions across the industrials sector.

 

Luke received his B.A. in Economics from the University of Notre Dame, concentrating in Financial Economics and Econometrics and minoring in History and Accountancy.
