Kristy Rohwedder, BSN, RN

Kristy Rohwedder is currently the President of Private Duty Nursing at Aveanna Healthcare Holdings, Inc., a publicly traded company offering home care services such as pediatric therapy, adult skilled nursing, and medical solutions. Kristy previously served as CEO of Shore’s Florida Autism Center business, empowering the business to grow from 5 to 47 locations, resulting in a 9.4x CoC return. Florida Autism Center was acquired by KKR-backed BlueSprig, where Kristy served as COO for three years. Kristy Previously spent 13 years at PSA Healthcare in various operations leadership roles, and she is a credentialed as an RN with 8 years of active nursing experience. Kristy was named CEO of the Year by the Orlando Business Journal and has received numerous other awards highlighting her leadership abilities, including Fastest Growing Company, Women Who Mean Business, and Who’s Who in America. We’re excited to benefit from Kristy’s deep experience in managing multi-site healthcare businesses and diverse provider types.

Kristy earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Central Florida and her Executive MBA, along with a distinctive Certificate in the Business of Healthcare, from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
