Kieran O'Connor

Kieran is a Manager on the Shore Resource Team at Shore Capital Partners, a lower middle-market private equity firm focused on partnering with companies that have between $1-10 million of EBITDA. Kieran’s responsibilities include working with portfolio company management teams to improve operational performance, implement strategic initiatives, and prepare for add-on acquisitions and de novo growth.

 

Prior to joining Shore, Kieran was a Director at EY-Parthenon in Chicago within the Transaction Strategy and Execution practice. While at EY, Kieran specialized in providing buy-side and sell-side operational diligence and standalone costing services to corporate clients across multiple verticals including healthcare, industrial products, and consumer goods. Kieran’s main responsibilities included analyzing target company data to provide meaningful insights around the operational and financial integration or separation of an asset, as well as aiding in project management to facilitate the transaction. Prior to joining the EY-Parthenon group, Kieran worked in both the financial due diligence and audit practices at EY, serving primarily on private equity clients on diligence engagements public audits in the real estate sector.

 

Kieran received a B.S in Accounting from the University of Florida and a M.S in Accounting from the University of Central Florida.  Kieran is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the State of Illinois.
