Kemp Gillis

Kemp is the current Senior Vice President of Supply Chain at Lennar, one of the nation’s largest homebuilders. In his role, Kemp leads supply chain, purchasing, construction, and home automation. He joined the company through its merger with CalAtlantic Group, where he served as Vice President of Purchasing and Field Operations, and previously held leadership roles at Ryland Homes and Pulte Homes. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Corporate Finance and Business Management from Central Michigan University.
