Kelsey Brown

Kelsey is a Manager at Shore Capital Partners, a lower middle-market private equity firm focused on partnering with companies that have between $1-10 million of EBITDA. Kelsey’s responsibilities include working with portfolio company management teams to improve operational performance, implement strategic initiatives, and prepare acquired platforms for add-on acquisitions and de novo growth.

Before joining Shore, Kelsey was a Consultant at Boston Consulting Group in Chicago within the Private Equity and Principal Investors practice. At BCG, Kelsey specialized in growth strategy, business transformation, and commercial due diligence engagements within the Consumer, Healthcare, and Industrials industries.

Kelsey received her M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and her B.B.A. in Finance from Southern Methodist University.
