Keith Caldwell

Keith is CEO of Shore Capital’s Water Quality Services Platform, H2O Care Partners, named one of Inc 5000’s Fastest Growing Companies in America in 2024 and 2025.  He is also currently a Board Member at Alliance Markets & Vending, Shore SCP’s micro market and vending platform.  Previously, he was CEO at a Jefferson River Capital backed sports business.  Before that, he was a founder of multiple microcap businesses and a Project Leader at Boston Consulting Group, advising global clients on strategy, including supporting the United Bid Committee (for US, Canada, and Mexico) in their bid for the 2026 FIFA World Cup.  A former soccer player drafted by the Colorado Rapids of Major League Soccer, Keith holds a B.A. from Brown University and an M.B.A. from the University of Michigan.
