Karter Gagliardo

Karter is a Partnership Development Manager at Shore Capital, a lower middle-market private equity firm focused on partnering with companies that have between $1-10 million of EBITDA. Karter is responsible for driving acquisition growth through various business development efforts.

 

Prior to joining Shore, Karter spent several years in medical device and healthcare sales, covering roles at Exact Sciences, Neodent, and Envista Holdings. Across each stop, he managed territory accounts in the Chicago market and focused on building relationships with healthcare providers and driving consistent revenue growth.

 

Karter earned his Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Grove City College, where he competed on the varsity swimming, diving, and water polo teams. Outside of work, he enjoys surfing, wakeboarding, foiling, and spending time with family and friends
