Josh Rosenberg

Josh Rosenberg is a growth strategist, operator, board director, and investor with more than 30 years of experience driving transformation, growth, and value creation. He is the Founder and Managing Partner of Forward Thinkers, a strategic advisory firm focused on growth strategy, brand development, organizational effectiveness, digital transformation, and M&A readiness.

 

Previously, Josh served as Chairman and CEO of Accent Food Services, helping grow the company from $38 million to more than $165 million in revenue before its successful acquisition by Sodexo. Earlier in his career, he spent 18 years with The Coca-Cola Company, ultimately serving as Vice President of National Sales and leading a portfolio exceeding $1 billion in annual revenue.

 

Josh currently serves on the Boards of PayrHealth and Refined Metals Corp. and has advised founder led, private equity backed, and public companies across healthcare, mining, facility services, manufacturing, technology, and consumer products. He is Chair Emeritus of NAMA, representing the $35 billion convenience services industry, and a Certified Executive Coach specializing in leadership, growth strategy, organizational alignment, and value creation.
