Joseph Giles

Joseph Giles is currently on the Board of Directors of Transformations Care Network. He served on the Florida Autism Center Board of Directors while Partnered with Shore.

Joseph currently serves as President and Chief Executive Officer at Midwest Vision Partners, a provider of eye care service in the Midwest. He previously served as President and Chief Operating Officer at Athletico, a multi-site physical therapy provider based in Oak Brook, IL. Prior to joining Athletico, Joseph was a Director with Vista Equity Partners, where he was responsible for leading change management initiatives and instituting operational best practices at the funds’ portfolio companies. Prior to joining Vista, Joseph was a Director in the Business Services Investment Banking Group at Barclays, representing a cumulative 15 years of M&A and transaction financing experience. He also serves on the Board of Directors for Summit Dermatology Partners. Joseph is married with two kids and lives in Chicago. He enjoys learning, working out and spending quality time with his family and friends.Joseph received a BBA, JD and MBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
