John Pearl

John Pearl is a Manager of AI Solutions at Shore Capital, a lower middle-market private equity firm focused on partnering with companies generating between $1 million and $10 million of EBITDA. John leads Shore’s efforts to identify, develop, and implement AI solutions that drive operational leverage across the firm and its portfolio companies.

Prior to joining Shore, John was a Managing Consultant at Inspire11, where he served across the Technology Solution Delivery and Private Equity Services groups, leading strategy and execution engagements for clients. Earlier in his career, John worked as a Senior Consultant in the Technology Advisory practice at PwC.

John earned his B.B.A. in Information Systems Management from the University of Notre Dame.
