Bio
Joe is an original Partner of Summit Trail Advisors by way of Lehman Brothers (then Barclays) where he was a Senior Vice President. Joe began his financial services career in 2001 with Sanford Bernstein where he was a Principal. He was co-founder and CEO of software service company JobPlex, which he sold in early 2001, and prior to that was Senior Vice President of Operations with business services firm EPS Solutions.
Joe is a founding Board Director of Evolution Risk Partners, Advent US, Jet Linx Chicago, Relish Works, Inc. and is an Operating Partner of Shore Capital. Joe also serves as an Advisor to several closely held businesses including Gordon Food Service.
Joe’s civic engagement includes current board service with the Pat Tillman Foundation, Chicagoland Entrepreneurial Center, 1871, Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago (past), the Illinois Institute of Technology (past), and Big Shoulders Foundation (past).
