Jim Foreman

Jim is an Operating Partner and is the Lead Independent Director on the Point C BOD. He also sits on the BOD of Alegeus and is the Chairman of the BOD for both Centivo and HPOne.

 

He spent 30 years with Willis Towers Watson where he led the Global Healthcare business, led the Americas and was the Global business leader for all the geographies and lines of business for Towers Perrin prior to the merger with Watson Wyatt. Jim served on the Executive committee for all 3 legacy companies and was a BOD member of Towers Perrin. He also spent 5 years with Aetna as an Executive Vice President and leader of half of the companies P&L’s. He was also a member of the Executive Committee at Aetna.

 

Jim has a bachelor’s degree from UCLA in Business-Economics and studied International Business at the University of Melbourne. Jim has also served on a number of philanthropic boards including the Joffrey Ballet and the Employee Benefits Research Institute.
