Jeff Wills

Jeff Wills currently serves as an independent board member and Operating Partner for Shore Capital Partners.  Additionally, he is the founder of W2 Advisors, a boutique advisory firm, and a Managing Director at Waypoint Private Capital, where he advises clients on scaling and preparing for a future liquidity event.

He brings extensive entrepreneurial and leadership experience, having previously served as Owner and President of OptionOne Specialty Pharmacy and CV Medical Solutions. Under his leadership, both companies achieved successful exits, with OptionOne acquired by Amerita and CV Medical Solutions acquired by Walgreens Home Care.

Jeff has also served on the Board of Directors of the National Home Infusion Association (NHIA). He holds a B.S. in Finance and Accounting from Southwestern Oklahoma State University.
